My First Forever Young Project

I absolutely love this cartridge!! It feels more "grown up" than the paper doll cartridges and my darling SIL has a birthday coming up, so I thought I better try this cartridge out. The purses are super cute and I love the models.
I made the purse to hold two colors of nail polish... They fit perfectly!! The card was just fun to make, and I of course had to glitter!!

Mailboxes!

I was watching a video on My Pink Stamper's blog and I couldn't wait to try these out! I had just bought my ATG 714 and was itching for a project. I even broke down and bought two sets of Peachy Keen stamps to help make these as cute as can be!

Cricut Cards

My darling Mother in Law has a friend who just bought a Cricut Expression. She was wondering if I could come up with a few projects to showcase everything the Cricut could do. I was more than happy to do that! I have to admit that I have been using my Cricut with Design Studio since I got my Cricut, so I tried to use it just bare bones and it actually is more amazing than I thought! My MIL's friend is a scrapbooker, so I decided to do a card or two, with a cupcake holder because well, those are the cutest things ever! She was so happy with her "class" and I'm certain she is using her Cricut more and more each day.

I love the button flowers from Walk in my Garden. I wasn't too tickled with how my card turned out, but the idea was cute anyway!!

This is from Sweet Treats. I love that cartridge! This did have a matching cupcake holder, but sadly my 6 month old decided to "help" me bring it home and she ripped the handle off. I will make more though, I'm sure of it!! No more babies helping though... :)

This was my favorite card of the set. I love that butterfly from Indie Art. My SIL helped me fix my glittering job. I am fairly new to the world of Stickles, but after this, I will be glittering up everything!

Thanks so much for visiting and slowly but surely, I am getting my craft time back from having a baby!! I appreciate you checking out my work!!

My Husband's Valentine

I wanted to make a card for my hubby who supports me in all my nonsense. He truly is the sweetest guy and I'm so glad I have him to share my life with. He's really the "man's man" and knowing this, I had to do something non-cutsie. That was really hard for me! But, I love my Indie Art cartridge, and I thought surely there was something I could use. I'm a sucker for flames, so it only seemed appropriate to put some on his card. Thanks for visiting!!

I'm Back.... Finally!!

Hello! I have been super, I mean, SUPER busy with my two girls and working on some Nativity items for a boutique/convention that my friend invited me to sell things with her this week. I love to do things that take me out of my crafting comfort zone, and this was just the project to help me with that! And, I did get a new cartridge, Paper Doll Dress Up, so that helps too. I want to thank Missy and Jill for their hours and hours of help and their ideas they were willing to share with me. I couldn't have done this without you!! After all was said and done, I had 192 cards and tags to sell and I hope buyers like them as much as I did. It was such a fun project and I'm truly inspired to get more crafting done! Thanks so much for visiting, and I apologize a thousand times over for my complete lack of posting. I won't let that happen again!!

Room Decor with My Cricut

I do apologize for the months that have passed that I haven't posted anything! This pregnancy has been rough and having a three and a half year old has not helped! Anyway... We have set up the new baby's nursery in my old craft room and my darling husband let me keep it orange! Two shades of orange. He's the best.

We found the most adorable bedding, that has pink and the perfect shades of orange with a hint of chocolate brown with such cute animals on it. We bought a wall decoration to match, and he told me I should cut some animals to frame to go along with the decoration. How could I resist!? I went crazy trying to think of the perfect animals. Her bedding has koalas, zebras, hippos and elephants, so I didn't want too many animals that didn't match. I went with a giraffe and a monkey. I had just purchased the Animal Kingdom cartridge and discovered that the monkey on there is just the cutest ever. I had to use him! The giraffe is from Zooballoo and I have to admit that she is my favorite of the two. Slowly but surely, we're getting ready for this baby! Only 5 weeks left!

Thanks for visiting.

Mother's Day Cards

I have the cutest friend that loves to do crafts almost as much as I do, and I thought it might be fun to make some Mom's day cards with her. I cut all the elements and put little kits together so that we'd just have to glue them at our leisure. It was a breeze and we got 4 cards each done. It was a great time, so thanks Court!

New Etsy Listing!

Hi! I made this cute set of cards and envelopes and used my Cricut to print and cut them.  They are so much fun and should fit on one sheet...
