LFIF XOXO Challenge

YAHOO!  I was so excited to join Peachy Keen Stamps "Let's Face it Friday Challenge" again this week.  Admittedly, this was one of the hardest challenges for me since it requires a face somewhere on your project as well as X's and O's.  I am still "new" to adding faces to my stuff, so it was super hard for me this time!  But I was so happy with how this turned out, and it was for a challenge after all!

Thank you so much for visiting!!

My Creative Time Challenge - Embossing & PDDU

I was so excited when Emma at www.creativetimeforme.com announced her Throwback Thursday Challenge!  She chose Paper Doll Dress Up (Or Everyday Paper Dolls if you don't have PDDU) and asked that it have some sort of embossing on it... whether that's dry or wet embossing.  My kind of challenge!!  I love PDDU but don't use it like I should.  So I challenged myself to use it and this is what I came up with:

My embossing is in the background and the bee is what I cut from Paper Dolls.  I just love this card and can't wait to use it!  Thanks so much for visiting!

If you would like to participate in my giveaway, please see this post:  http://athomeink.blogspot.com/2011/01/time-for-giveaway.html

Tiny Dancer...

My daughter has a cute friend from dance that is having a birthday party today.  I asked her if she wanted to help  me make a card for her.  She was really excited because I let her "help" with my Gypsy and loading the mat and everything.  She even helped glue this cute dancer together.  She chose the face and the "Happy Birthday" stamp and helped stamp those too.  I think this turned out pretty cute, thanks to my sweet daughter...  I can't wait to try more from Twinkle Toes.  It's SO cute!  Thanks for visiting!

Thank You Card

This is a card that I was working on for the Peachy Keen LFIF Challenge, but I went another route with my strawberry card.  I thought I'd post this anyway. It was my first attempt at putting a face on a flower.  She's pretty cute!  Thanks for visiting....

Let's Face It Friday: Peachy Keen Thank You Challenge

Today's project marks three firsts for me!  One being my first time entering the Peachy Keen "Let's Face It Friday" Challenge, and the second being my first time stamping a darling face on anything but a paper doll, and third, using my brand new stamps from PinkCricut!

I love this strawberry from the Preserves Cartridge, so I thought I'd put her together with my favorite Peachy face.  I love how this turned out, and will definitely be using many, many more faces on fruit!  Thank you so much for visiting... I think you're "So Super Sweet!"

My Creative Time Challenge - Heart

I was so excited that I could actually join Emma at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ for her totally awesome Throwback Thursday Challenge this week.  She made it "viewer's choice" which meant we could do anything from an older cartridge.  Her only requirement was there needed to be a heart somewhere on your project.  How easy, right!?  I thought I would make a Valentine for my 5 year old daughter.  I used the scalloped heart from Doodlecharms and some Heidi Swapp flowers and bling.  I really like how this turned out.  Thanks so much for visiting!!
