Mountain Biking/Moab Box

My dad's work ordered another box from me. This time it was for a person who loves Mountain Biking and Moab. I had the idea right from the start, but admittedly, it was hard to put it all together. (I've learned, that's just how my mind works!) Overall, I figured out the design on my own, but needed Wade's help cutting the arch. I embossed all the red with my Cuttlebug "Distressed Stripes" folder and inked the edges. Wade also came up with the blue sky, which you can't really see in the pic, but it was bright blue, just how it is in Moab! Thanks for looking.

My First Cuttlebug Card!!

My parents gave me a Cuttlebug for my b-day. WHOO HOO! I absolutely love it and all the possibilities it has. I prefer to emboss with it, as I have my Cricut, but it can cut dies too. What a great machine! And so easy.
This card is my first ever creation with it, and I can't wait to make more cards and scrapbook pages! Of course I had to incorporate my favorite ribbon from American Crafts at the top. It just wouldn't be the same without that cute striped ribbon!!

Thanks Mom & Dad!!

Newest Gift Card Boxes

I've been at it again. I thought I'd try to sell some Gift Card Boxes at Quilted Bear. Here's just a sampling:

These are dry embossed with Lasting Impressions Templates. My other weakness: SHOES!

I love that Giraffe from New Arrival. I couldn't wait to put him on a box!!

Scrapbook Pages

After having my daughter in 2005, I wanted her to be able to see how darling she was from the beginning. Her book was my first attempt at 12 x 12 and I LOVE IT. Now she's 2 1/2 and I've only got up to 5 months done, but hey. I do the best I can!

*All of these were done prior to my Cricut. I cannot wait to make big progess on her book now that I have it! I'm sure with my 22 cartridges I can find the perfect set up. Here's hoping!!

Cute Cards I Created!

Here are two cards that I made to give my friend Emilee... She placed an order with me for 20 cards, 2 of each Holiday (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and 2 each of: Birthday, Thanks, and Get Well Soon. It was the most unique set I've done thus far, but I finally got my groove on and created some freakin' cute cards... dare I say! These are 2 of my faves.

Note Cards!

Turns out that I LOVE to make note cards... I tried my hand at my own adhesive for the envelopes, but have found that "Green Sneakers Lick 'n Stick" adhesive is the way to go. You paint it on the flap, and then you can seal it later! So great. I did these with my Cricut (of course!) and they turned out so cute. I was making them to sell, but I decided to just use them myself. Thanks for looking!!
